I have been using this smartphone for three days now and I can say that it's handy and it's a pleasure to use it. You can personalize the home screen with any application you enjoy most, the sound is good, you can download from google play plenty of applications, and if you're an internet addict this might become very handy since you never lose touch with friends, subscriptions, etc.
BUT i have to admit the battery runs out pretty quickly when the phone is solicitated, you can't remove some default shortcuts of the homescreen, or default applications, and those are some pretty useless aplications... And besides you need to handle the phone gently since it's quite sensitive and it might "freeze" or it might take time until an app is open or until it makes a phonecall... So if you're always in a hurry it's a bad ideea to rely on this phone, since you can't "rush" it to respond to your commands. It might seem slow sometimes. Or other times the touchscreen might have contact problems, so you'll be having to press it several times to actually select something. You should better rely on the trackpad.
Oh, and the pictures you take with it are quite awful..it doesn't even have a flash so if you're trying to take a photo of something in low light, you better give up because it will look quite bad.
So these were my conclusions after using it.
It is a good phone to have if you received it as a gift, but otherwise...I wouldn't spend the money on this. Maybe if it would be cheap yes, but if you'd have to choose, pick a better one. ;)

Please help.

My mom used this phone for a year before giving it to me. The phone worked perfectly with her vodacom sim card, but it refuses to make/receive calls, recharge/check airtime and receive SMS's with my cell c sim card whenever i dial a number to call/check my balance it says "mobile network not available". My sim card works perfectly on other phones but this one. it doesnt even show the 3G/edge icon right by the signal strength at the top of th screen. please help I've tried everything but i still can't solve this problem.

I had similar problem of self restart with this phone, however everything normalized after upgrading phone software through KIES. All the best

Within 2 months I have already sent to a warranty company because it did not have internet. It always says internal phone storage is getting low where I did not even upload anything. I does not accept messages it says memory full even though I have deleted everything that is all conversations
