Step 1: Shutdown your cp
Step 2: Turn on it by pressing the (Home + volume up + power button).. Hold it until Bios appears
step 3: Reset factory.

The phone is good. However my son accidently locked the phone and I am unable to open it because I am not too familiar with the keys ( for Upper/Lower Case alphabets ).I need help. Thank you. sincerely, sudha
