Yesterday Samsung finally made the Gear Fit 2 official after many leaks about the new wearable made their way across the internet. And just like the company promised, the fitness band is now up for pre-order in the United States.
Getting a Gear Fit 2 will set you back exactly $179.99. Shipping is free, and it's expected to happen in 7 to 10 business days, so you won't have a lot of waiting to do until the wearable arrives at your doorstep - compared to other pre-order periods, at least.
As you may know already, the Gear Fit 2 comes with a 1.5-inch 216x432 Super AMOLED touchscreen, an Exynos 3250 SoC with a 1 GHz dual-core CPU, 512MB of RAM, 4GB of storage, a 200 mAh battery, GPS, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth. It has IP68 rating for water and dust resistance, weighs 30g and runs Tizen OS.
