@Ax, Err... NOPE you can't fit a WiFi SD card to the I320. Firstly it only takes *MicroSD* cards.. and secondly they are fitted *inside* the phone's battery compartment (there is no externally accessible card expansion slot on the I320.)
So there you go. Pays to do your homework before posting eh?

I am raveling in Europe and had a chance to stop-in at a store in Paris to check this phone out...the piece is an abslute beauty and the perfect size for a combination phone/PDA...much better than the Q, the Nokia E61/62 or the Treo...however, lack of standard headphone jacks, wi-fi, and the fact that it costs a whopping $650 (unlocked) makes me pause at the moment, otherwise I had been eying to buy this phone as soon as it came out.

So far I liked samsung phones..but i dont know whats the point of releasing a smart phone for busness people without Quadband and WiFi. I know there is EDGE..but where is the HTML browser???..If Samsung is really serious about it..then they can easily give hard time to anyone be it NOKIA or MOTO or anyone..with this model by incorporating those features....no other brands has a slim and such a light model like this. It just lacks few things.Whats wrong in putting them together?

I'll jump over it if they care to put in wifi & quad freq. Even in the expense of taking out the camera for the sake of keeping the weight under 100gr.

Not much too point in WM5 with no WiFi and no 3G. Edge network not available in UK.
Won't run Skype (Skype don't work over 3G let alone 2.5G).
Browse internets over GPRS? Good luck with the speed and cost of that!
Seems a bit pointless.
Oh well. Next please!

There you go..now you want a 3.5mm jact too. Ask yourself, does this look like a music phone to you!
Get an adapter and use your ear-plugs if you are so desparate.

Samsung has released a i320 variant called i320n in Europe. Other than the slight change in appearance, there seems to be no difference in specs except for the following:
i320: GSM 900/1800/1900 MHz
i320n: GSM 800/1800/1900 MHz
http://www.slashphone.com/102/4585.html
Also, no wifi !! :(
Beats me why Samsung would shoot themselves in the foot by having a micro SD slot instead of a SD or mini SD. We can find mini SD wifi cards.
Does anyone know if there's anything such as a micro SD wifi card?? Arrghhh

Grrrr!! read people..the screen in 265K but microsoft windows mobile 5 doesn't allow more than 65K colors. Thats why it is 65K.

no need for 262k display as you hardly could tell the difference btw 65K and 262K colors. 65K is actually better cos it doesn't drain the battery as much.

Why on earth did Samsung only make a 65K display when so many of their newer models use a 262K display?! Otherwise, this is an awesome phone... even better than Nokia's version. Business men don't need a 16M color phone and they don't need more than 3 1/2 hours of talktime. That is more than enough and I would choose the samsung over the nokia anyday because a real true business man is on the move and portability is key. For 1/4th the size of the nokia in thinnest, and half the talktime, I would still go with the samsung.
