i450 users..
What can you say about this feedback from smape.com review on samsung i450.
"The new i450 has a nasty drawback: once the slider is closed, the speakers become naturally blocked, the stereo effect is entirely lost"
is this really an issue on i450?

its a good mobile. its design is quite good. i feel that samsung mbiles r always better than nokia. but the sound recorder lasts only for 1 minute which could be expanded. no games are there in this mobile!!

Audio quality based from main processor and dedicated audio chip. In our RMAA test the combination from TI OMAP 2431 and Bang & Olufsen ICEPower Amplifier used by Samsung i450 better than FreeScale I.MX31 and Toshiba DAC33 used by Nokia N91.
Both CPU used by Samsung i450 and Nokia N81 also lack 3D Graphic Accelerator(test with Jbenchmark 3D HQ, Jbenchmark 3D LQ and Jbenchmark HD Gaming).

DAC-33 is more powerful and sounded better than apple processor.I think you never listen n91 and n81 before thats why..

If you compare this phone to n81 then its totally unfair because you can hardly listen the beat in i450,surround sound lol... . n81 is sounded better than i450 remember that.no comparision.and if you compare n81 to n91 then n91 is far far better than n81 and i450 is even nowhere to great n91 in terms of sound quality.so n91 is the king.n81 is also good,but i450 is very worst music phone ever.

Ryo Jin has braught to us most accurate comparision between i450 and N81.
Dont go much on specs sheet but on the facts that are more then proven by now and are
1. SGH-I450 has better sound processor and N81 has better Graphics Accelerator.
2. N81 has faster processor overall but i450 performs better.
3. DAC33 used by N81 way inferior then Apple processor used by i450 resulting superior sound quality in all cases.
So I suggest people to go on there requirement and device performence for your particular requirement. Compairing and discussing PDF is just useless.

Dont worry if you lost warrenty card as it is usually not needed at most Samsung Service Centres. They will track it online using your phones Serial No. (IMEI No.) and your problem is also not critical. It is software currupt which can be rectified for nominal service charges only.
