Hi Friends
15 days back I had brought this handset i550w. because it seeing attractive with big screen and great features. now i am facing many problem with gps and wifi both is not working even battery. This handset I had given in service but the problem remain same please some one help me.

I used this set for 1 year .Now its trackball is nt working properly as dust gatherd that place. Is there any way to open the trackball and clean it?

This is a great phone. the only problem you can not use front camera without video call.

It's excellent but slow and doesn't support wmv as mentioned in the specifications

it is a very good set in se i have a one problem with this set that this is a big in the size 'its has a one problem when you have to use this set quickly quickly this will hang other wise this is a good set

hi everyone...
i need your help in my samsung i550w.
it stopped working and the only thing appears on the screen after pressing the on/off button is the word samsung with moving bar down...which flashes and then disappear then reappear again..is it a firmware problem?
please help me.
