Does anyone have an opinion whether it is safe to purchase i550w directly from China? This model is available at www.globalsourcesdirect.com at ridiculously low price. The question is whether it is a real Samsung product or cheap Chinese knock-off. Please advise.

help me please!!! i bought samsung i 550. i installed usb drivers to my computer, but my computer couldn't recognize the cable, my phone. i couldn't connect to computer. explain me if you know about it. thank you!!!

Hi,
I bought samsung i550 yesterday, the battery life is low,although the gsmarena says the life of battery is 380 h but when I use it quickly decrease about 5 hours use,
so, my phone version is when I press *#0000#:
i550JPGL3
6-12-2007
is it the lastest version?
is there any way to increase the battery life?

Any suggestions whether it is safe to buy Samsung i550w directly from Chinese wholesaler? The link to their site is as follows: www.globalsourcesdirect.com. If anyone can advise me regarding whether this is a real Samsung product or some sort of cheap knock-off, I'll be extremely grateful!

To download data u must ensure that gprs connection already set and work fine, test by browsing.

Very good phone. It's not a slide phone therefore it is more durable than the other phone models that have a slide or clam design. great job samsung. Kick nokia ass!
