1. how to know my sgh-i550w firmware??
2. this sgh-i550w sucking my batery life a lot.cant stand for even 1 day. is it true that to solve this problem is by flashing/changing a new firmware??

Later Cardrunner.rcs is in folder (Mobile memorycard) e:\resource\plugins

Once again:find in menu Memory>press options>format memory card.

Everything is fine. But the Track Ball. I ve gone to samsung sevice centre for atleat 5 times for changing the track ball. But they saying spare parts not available..

Can anybody tell me how to "hard reset(format)" this phone? Once i have tried it by pressing *,3,answer key and on-off button but it has died,so i had to go in service.Please post here.Thanks.
