if you can't boot your phone maybe the battery need a universal charger. charge your battery whithin 10 - 15 mins, and try to boot again

Hey blacksmith, What android OS version are you running? if you're running cupcake (1.5) that comes with the phone, then it's freaking sluggish. You should update to the 2.1 version for better compatibility and improved performance.

Hey Nina, You should probably flash you i5700. It would wipe everything out, but it would return it back to normal.
