this is the best phone that I have ever had.To write messages is REALLY easy with the keyboard and the battery life is GREAT with the extended battery. The 3g network is really great I am ALWAYS connected to the vodafone network and NEVER lose connection.I am always connected to the 3g network and my battery doesn't run out quick. All in all this is a GREAT phone and I recommend it to anybody

> In reply to Bhaskar @ 2010-04-11 23:27 from LbjG - click to readThis phone is not meant for later versions of WM5 as it has some compatibility issues. Have you tried hard resetting it? if the original rom is partially replaced then u got a big problem.

> In reply to Anonymous @ 2010-04-07 11:35 from P@1G - click to readAlright, MS Office is built-in in it's ROM. If you got yours damaged you just have to reset your phone to its default configurations. Or you can just simply install a third-party program equivalent of the MS Office. I have Documents to Go (Excel, word, powerpoint, acrobat reader in one and is capable of creating/editing docs)

> In reply to Chris James @ 2010-03-26 01:43 from 3GMu - click to readIf you are browsing for hours then this is the case. The extended battery is twice the thick and heavy of the standard battery and comes with a back panel that extends up to the sides of the phone's camera and so the phone appears thicker. This battery is hard core and have a great life but also is thick.

> In reply to Chris @ 2010-03-23 21:47 from 3GMu - click to readit's not a great phone, it's really GREAT! Be careful with the charging port though, don't use headphones often as it uses the same port for all charging & other plug-ins.
