No this isn't blackjack. this is blackjack + WiFi + secondary cam for video call - 850mhz band :-)... ergo, this is made for asia and europe

I may not realize from the photo but the display is reather small.
No touch screen?....too bad samsung made an incomplete model.
With a bigger display + touch screen it would have been perfect.
