To Robert
This phone is without Office Applications-only viewing allowed, reason why i sold the phone at a hefty loss.Wished Samsung have tie ups with PC giants, though..

Never had such a shitty phone! Extreme slow en keys are too small. Worst of all Bleutooth doesn't cooperate with my tomtom consequently. So the connection is constantly on/off/on/off etc. At the end it drives you crazy in your car while driving. A dangerous combination. So I'm back to Nokia. that works as it should. (my i600 lies dead in the corner)

I'm still having trouble trying to install any JVM on the i600. I cannot get any .cab files to install on the handset.
Any help/suggestions will be much appreciated.

Hi
For all of those wanting to load MXIT or Opera Mini on this phone, now you can. Download this brilliant Java Emulator.
Click this link and download CAB file to PC:
http://mxit.defza.com/2007/mxi...dows-mobile/
Then Plug phone in and active sync. Once synced, go to tools and browse smartphone. Select device, and select my documents. Create a new Folder (Named Java) and copy the CAB file into this folder. Now unplug and select the cab file on your phone to install. Once installed, you can download MXIT as well as OPERA MINI and open it using the emulator. No bugs!!! Enjoy!

I used this phone for two month already.
It syncs with Outlook nicely once you install the Samsung add on for syncing the Notes.
I was not able to use internet sharing as there drivers provided didn't work properly on XP
I found it impossible to get technical support for this phone. Samsung are always referring to Microsoft and are not offering full support for the drivers and software of the phone. Website isn't offering much under "support"
Finally most of the software out are for regular windows mobile phones and there are limited number of software that support this and other qwerty phones.

well firstly for this price of the black jack i expected more.this phone cannot download mxit and currently i am struggling downloading emulators for this phone nor does it come with a proper instruction manual . It also freezes a lot and is relatively new(1 month old).many other applications can also not open up on this phone and it just says "this file cannot be viewed on this device". if anybody can assist me with downloading mxit it will be great. kind regards

This phone is SH1T...! I have had endless problems with it. Lets see now... Where do I start...?
1) I freezes to a point where my clients can not get hold of me. Nor can I make calls.
2) It drops my HSDPA line on a regular basis.
3) The battery life is up to crap...!
4) Everytime time anything goes wrong, I have to take out the battery and start it up again... This takes time people...! A long time.
5) I have had endless problems with people not being able to hear me.
6) Reception is a problem as well.
7) The Pixel Viewer software leaves allot to be desired as well.
8) To get the video call feature to work is something I am still trying to figure out...
9) One thing I must say though, the phone is feature rich, the idea was good but ended up as a terrible investment option. I am hoping a firmware upgrade id the answer as most of the problems are software related. But for now... I would not advise this as a good idea. Look at something else...!
