think u better go for the i600 upgraded to WM6.this slide out keyboard looks nice but just makes working less easy.My point, design i620, practical use i600

It seem much thicker than i600... and from preliminary screen they keyboard seem uncomfortable to use. (recessed in)

The processor in the phone is the same as that in the i320, the faster 400MHz one.

Hey meghindo, I too like to get a boner, but just went to vodafone italia n don't understand italian though it shown 399euro. That's like crazy "wow" of over $900. Come on SAMSUNG, relieve us in the States from those dummy Iphones n other ugliness. Or just let me be the one getting this phone here. U heaaar mee, Pleasee

this one is different from the i600 (I've got that one). i620 owns wifi. HUGE difference, at least for me. and if it's like i600, then it's a great phone.

the best phone i ever had but now i got the iphone and its much better than this slow operating phone wifi doesn't evan work well

WM6 supports resolutions above 65k so if the specs are correct, it is the phone's fault.
In fact it does not matter, you will see no difference at 2.4" 320x240.
HSDPA 1.8 Mbps is different to 3.6 Mbps, becaus the latter needs GSM 2100 MHz. Again you will see no difference on 320x240, on mobile phones usually rendering speed limits browsing above a certain connection speed.
WM6 is better to WM5 in several ways, but an upgrade was promised by Samsung to the i600 as well.

No obvious advantages over the i600 apart from WM6. Yes, it has a slightly higher res cam w/flash, but everything else is the same.
Personally, adding a sliding mechanism just adds another thing to worry about. I say, the less moving parts, the better (durability-wise).
And what's the screen size? It looks the same as the i600's. Kinda defeats the purpose of the slider form factor if you use up so much space for those buttons and the D-pad, instead of increasing the screen size.
Once again, fashion over function...

i think this handset will be execellent because the other phones that are out for business use are now where near as stylish as this phone plus the features are very good on there aswell !!!!!! so think you are all wrong to put this phone down

i think this would be my answer for white Samsung smartphone. actually i plan to buy the i600, but unfortunately its only available in black. i'm looking for the white colour. and i600's camera is only 1.3mp. the i620 is all i want. its white, with 2mp camera, and windows mobile 6.0. when can i purchase this phone in south east asia countries?hopefully the price won't be higher than the i600
