dose this phone has 128 ram , is it upgradable to 6.1 os....it this phone has same problem as blackjack2?????????which one is better blackjack2 or i640

hey friend, its really easy.turn on the camera nd then press the up nd down arrow marked key at the left side of ur phone.u will find the key just at the bottom of ur phone charging/headphone jack. i hope it will work. Thanx, Rezwan.
