i have had 4 of these handsets as kept breaking dwn ,

had probs with not been able to sign in to a email account as need account to use all functions on this handset ,

HAD THIS PROBLEM WITH TWO HANDSETS ,

kept lock in and not been able to unlock had to keep take n hanset to bits n put n bk together to make a call ,
another 1 kept turning its self off ,

another 1 not been able to access ur pictures when taken them plus ur phone numbers ,
STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS HANDSET , handset needs burying in the garden never to be seen again ,FROM MY OWN EXPERIANCE

Can anyone tell me why the pictures i am taking from the camera are all blurry, and furthermore in low light condition the flash is working but the pics are coming as if without flash, am quite confused, cause the picture showing in ths viewfinder is way more clear than the picture taken after shutter click. Please clarify how to solve this problem

its a good fone but it keeps on crashing and about de bluetooth.....its all a mess

No sign from Samsung of any upgrade past the Android 1.5 it shipped with. Unless this changes dont buy this phone

6 months of use, This is a great handset (when it works) The RAM is slow, switching between apps takes ages to load, however I would rate it 7 /10 overall. If you are looking for a samsung Android phone then this is it. 1000's of Apps to customize your phone, Make it yours... I love it,

i7500 or i5700

Hi people....
Is the phone unable to transfer bluetooth files because of the OS (1.5) or the hardware?
If its the OS then that problem might be solved in updated versions of the OS, if its the hardware I doubt Samsung will solve that problem.

I'm very much interested in this phone. I'm from India. I'm not able to decide which phone should I go for. My budget is around 14000 INR. Please help me out. I'm confused between Samsung Jet, HTC legend and Galaxy or Omnia LITE. Any phone would do for me. I'm not a tag hag but I want a phone wid a good camera and a smart phone preferably...

Samsung have given no indication of any upgrade beyond the 1.5 it ships with. For this reason alone I wish id never bought it. Obviously implies Samsung just don't get the point of open source. I wont be buying anything with Samsung on it in a hurry.

It is a value for money .good 5 mp cam , amazing amoled 3.2 capacitive touch screen ,interface is good , 3.5 mm jack.

But it runs on Android 1.5 wait for Android 2.x ,lots apps are available (for bluetooth ,vlc to play divx format, nd mny more ).

When you are thinking about Nokia 5800 Xpress Music, Better go for this phone.
The only problem with this phone is till now there is no information about the upgration of OS. Google Andriod 1.6, 2.1 got released. But the Samsung company not provided the upgration option for this phone.
A minor problem with the pc sync, Ofcourse it because of the OS, once it is upgraded, then it will be rectified.
