help pls. i was able to make some of my mp3 music into a ring tone for incoming calls but how can i make the mp3 music to be the ring type for new text msgs?

Kindly advice (A current user please):

I am about to make a choice between a Nokia E90 and this phone; could anyone please tell me which is better for me;

I am a business user, with a workload of office documents, email and text messaging.

I will appreciate any input from a current user and also someone who has used an E90 also.

what is this, copy of nokia E series or Moto Q , developing team kindly wake up its time to introduce something new, other wise nokia and LG kick out you from the industry. see the maket share of LG second number in asia

for battery concerns, mine lasts for 48hours and that is with 4 hours of total talk time within a two day period. not to mention i schedule all my appointments using this phone and i live in the "text capital of the world" so the battery is "good" or 6/10. just do the following:
1.> always place it on sleep mode when not in use
2.> under settings, choose the "power save" option for backlights
3.> turn off the LCD and the power in general after 1 minute.
4.> using the task manager, make sure that there are no other running programs that you do not need
5.> do not use the vibra option
6.> make sure you lock your phone

anti-virus? i would not know about that, but just to be safe i only check emails and surf work related things for my phone.

i have been using this phone for almost 2 months now, and i have no complaints! :)

Can anyone out there tell me why my i780 screen turn blank (as of all white) whenever I try to go to Internet Explorer? The only way for me to go about it is to reset the phone everytime I wanna use the Internet Explorer. I've been using this phone for only less than a month. Pls help me. I really luv this phone.

Well Bobby you should shout down all the aplications you don't need that they are running at the back ground (RAM) and you will save a lot of energy.
Explore your memory.
But if that will not help contact your deler..

As for questions about WIFI:
1.> if your wifi area signal does not have at least 1 bar, it will not connect to that wlan and automatically shifts to GPRS. make sure to check the wifi signal first on the wifi settings and MAKE SURE ITS FOR FREE, if it requires a login, open the opera browser or IE and place your login and pw in there.

As for AVAILABILITY

I finally laid my hands on this beauty and truly it is a beauty. The only - only hitch is the battery which is very very poor. All told it only lasts me 3/4 of a day which is a far cry from my last phone - nokia e90 which would go on for 3 days. Can anyone help me with increasing the battery longeivity,
