the battery is really good but it takes too long to recharge about 2hr&45min

sir , my mobile touch screen is damage and hence i master clear it after on it there is alignment problem is occured. so please tell me ow to solve it

i use this phone until now, its really fantastis, all i need is here, the toucscreen is responsive, windows works fine to all my application, especially Skype....nice phone !

please help me. i want to upgrade to 6.5.

likewise, i directly upgrade the phone using the i780... bin but still it is 6.1 upon start up

Hooray! Finally an upgrade to WM6.5.3 with mouse fixed! See link below.

It's worth the try. The difference between 6.1 and 6.5.3 is night and day.
Instructions.

1. Download the Samaung i780 modem drivers (google it) and INSTALL them.
2. Download the Mirage updater and Extact it:

3. Download the ROM it self and extract it if u don't have:
4. run the mirage updater.
5. click on PDA and select the rom youve just extracted "i780***.bin" and press open.
6. Click on DETECT.
7. on the phone:
a. remove the battery (Make sure it's over 50% charged)
b. Insert the Battery
c. click on the Enter Button + Function Button and while pressing them turn the i780 on
d. keep holding until the DETECT Message appears.
8. Connect the i780 to the PC.
9. Update begins,
10. Wait until completed.

just no value for price, as:

- display unreadable under summer sunlight (you cannot dial)
- two batteries provided as it drains too energy, if you don't have an AC socket around you have to open it and change the battery during the day

The first time you try to active sync it the software isn't going to recognize your phone using bluetooth though you may see your phone on the PC software don't panic. Follow these steps.

Step1: Run the Windows Mobile Device Center you see four options.

Step2: Click on the last option that says " Mobile Device Settings."

Step3: Under Mobile Device settings you will see " Connection Settings" by default you connection settings will be using USB click on the USB Allow again until you see the tick mark has disappeared

Step4: Right below the option Connect using Allow USB you will see a " Allow connections to one of the following" when you click on the drop down menu you see two options COM1 and Bluetooth choose bluetooth.
Step5: Ensure that you also opt for " This computer is connected to under Automatic option and click on Ok

And you should be able to install Skype using the exe file.

In most cases yes if the numbers are ticking your are getting charged for it but, there's a flip side to it as well. The 3G or GPRS service that you opt for through your service provider is based on two options check your service package for 3G first.

Option1: If your service provider offer 3G service and and for using this service your charged in the same bill as your monthly they yes, you will be charged extra for using the 3G in spite of you not using it in such cases after you have used 3G for what ever application click on the 3G logo and deactivate it, so you save your money.

Option2: A few service providers offer special packages for using 3G or GPRS services like a $50 package with say 1GB download which can be availed for 30days in this case no matter how much you download or not you have to finish your usage or should touch the download capacity within the stipulated time frame. For this service you will not be charged extra. In a country like India this is common for pre-paid connections.
