Symbian on my N95 8G was fine, except it looked dull. Samsung have sexed it up from the pictures. If X1 ran an alternative OS, sure, it would be the Daddy.

to the guy below me, It's not the first 8mp hand phone, SE C905 deserve that credit. Anyway I love this site, I visit this site 300 out of 365 days a year (I love the updated info, and the ability to comment on phones that didn't even come out yet). Today I was going to go to the phone store and pick myself up the new Samsung I900 ...and then I saw this baby!!! from the spec is looks great so I think waiting for a month or 2 wont hurt. I hope its not going to be ridiculously over priced...like the N96. I think 600-700 USD for the starting price would be the ideal price.

Wow! Only one negative, it's thick at 17mm. But a nice stylish alternative to the Nokia N96 (& aging N95 8g). Great to see VGA video recording too! August huh? So, what to get? OAn i851-, the qwerty keyboard equipped Nokia E71 or an iPhone that exchanges versatility for a multi-touch GUI. Hmm, decisions decisions...

c905 looks better for me.the design of this phone is quite boring.look at the back of the phone.it looks like a china phone

its like N95 with 8mp camera.

By the way, the promo photo look the same style as those new SE Walkman phone, or is it just me ???
