its really a great mobile its have all qualities like unlimited memory,wifi,bluetooth,eight mega pixel,e.t.c.but some one unlike this handset just because of money but it is a really good handset.and i think this handset does not met with a dangerous problem.thanks

Hey All,

I've had this phone for 3 months and I have to admit it's one of the best phones compared to my N95 8gb & My N96 that I have had. My only issue is the Camera which does not save the settings when you use it like anti shake. I am in India with firmware I8510XXHH7. I've tried to update the phone with PC studio 7 and it's saying my phone is up to date. Please let me know if anyone has any additional info for me.

ive had innov8 twice now but may buy again but does or has anyone got 16GB version??There were rumours that it had some problems and thats why it was not widley available..thanx

3.5g is hsdpa and is what your carrier supports so even if your fone says 14.2mb/s if your carrier is only up to 3.6mb/s upgrade thats your absolute peak download speed
csd is 9600b/s
gsm =2g=48-52k/s
edge=dont know its 2-3 times speed of gprs
gprs=2.5g
3g=384kb/s
3.5g or or 3g+ high speed downlink packet access or hsdpa=1.8 or 3.6 or 7.2 or 14.4mb/s..

Here in uk i know voda is rolling out 7.2 but some networks may still be on 1.8mb/s so even if you have a fone of 7.2mb/s if your network does not support it then your top speed is what your network says it is were YOU are at..

If you live in an area with 3g only when you travel to city you ay get 3g+ it varys..

BIG NOTE ,,do not expect these speeds at all in fact hsdpa or 3g+ sometimes takes longer to render websites due to the way it operates,,i get faster speeds using mini opera with images disabled using gprs..If your just after info txt only not images disable images you get faster downloads and save data..

So if my phone shows 3.5G im i in 7.2 mbps of internet? And is 3G+ the same thing? No1 is replying my post correctly

about battery life:
i advice all to chek the following simple thing:
remove battery and sim card, after 5 to 10 minutes reinstall them,and chage the phone, this will increase battery life, u can do this every 2 or 3 months or when u see that the battery life is not normal. try it its cost free, u dont loose any thing

my samsung i8510 have a problemm.need someone helppp.the lcd screen just will appear if i slide the handphone halfway...and the front keypad also..sometime can use..& sometime cannot...anybody knoww how to repair?

Hello friends
My suggestion to everyone is that naver buy samsung phones with built-in hard drive because it get damage after few weeks and there is not any solution to repair it unless u have a warranty remaining.
