I was asking to fully replace the mobile because of those 3 failures in one month (in 4 months after being bought). Answer from the Samsung repair shop: Samsung policy is to repair the mobile as long as it still can be repaired!!! and extend the warranty with a period equal with the period in the repair shop!!! No warranty extension for the replaced spare parts. I am very disappointed. And i am computers and communication engineer with alot of ecperience in the field...

When will be the release of the Jelly Bean update? Since last year I've already read that there will be update but until now there is no news about the said update. SAMSUNG...any plans?

There is no zoom for the galaxy beam since it is still on GingerBread.

Hello! I see other people have problems after 6 months with network and data on this phone.
Mine became a real nightmare and I took it to a service, they changed the mainboard and it seemed to work fine for 2 days. Afterwards another problem came up when the phone didn't receive calls until after the caller tried for 3-4 times. Took it back to service, they tested it thorouglly. They said it's a sim problem. Got it back, put new sim card, same thing after 2 days. Took it back and I am now waiting to see what they say the problem is. I am pretty annoyed. I like the phone a lot, but if i can't receive calls all the time I don't want it.

First of all Samsung Mobile no doubt Definetly Distinctivly Ahead. All feture is comparetivly creative in Low cost as other same type.But One same issue still there,is sound Problem.Mean its sound speaker must be take in Any Side or Angle position.Bcoz generally when most of model put on Bed or couch its Ring tone sound definetly reduced and not to hearing..Pls I request to samsung Co do somthing as posible
