I've had the chance to use the phone for an entire week and I have to draw the conclusion that it's amazing. Here's a full hands on video I did about it!

Why does this newer I8530 Beam have worse specs than the one year old I9100 SII? My local provider has both on sale for almost the same cost, which should I buy?

For those of you with hands-on experience, is the I8530 Galaxy Beam better than the I9100 Galaxy SII? Does the Beam offer a faster and less troublesome user experience than the S2? The Beam has just been released, so is it better than the S2 which is a year old?

Hey Buddies,
Can any one of you tell me whether this phone supports a 64gb memory card. Please tell me if you have tried and tested. Please don't share your guess. I need a genuine answer because, I am planning to go for a sandisk 64gb memory card. Please reply at the earliest.

Is it possible to use the projector with a computer as source?
USB or HDMI from the comp to the G.Beam?
If not, what kind of resolution of MKV. movie files does the Beam take 480, 720 or 1080?
I mean, to play late night movies from bedside (perhaps streamed from a NAS)
Might need a remote for the phone too :)

> In reply to Anonymous @ 2012-07-20 20:05 from 0EVJ - click to readThe recommended max by Samsung might be 50" from 2 metres, but of course that's not the max it can go.
Pull it further from the projection surface and you could potentially have 50+". Of course the bigger the projection size the less detail and brightness you'll have.
I have the Samsung PICO SP-H03 and Samsung suggest an 80" MAX, but I've projected Avatar at 120" and still watchable!
