You can upgrade to kitkat if you're rooted and know to do it. follow the cyanogenmod instructions

but one neat thing about myne is that it doesnt break easly
dropped it millions of times literetly and just 1 crack

my galaxy s plus has only 1.17gb internal memory so how do i do to increase it

It has 512MB RAM but as every other device it has system-reserved RAM (about 150MB) for system apps, to keep Android running alive of course ;)
So dont worry that you see about 300-350MB in the RAM manager-thats the user-available RAM.
