Alternatively its free on orange on £35 for new customer at phones for you.... Not that ive been shopping around or anything

I don't know for sure, but I think it doesn't matter a lot. There will be no big difference because it's a flash memory.
Personal I don't mind, 8 GB is also a lot. But if the price difference is not to big of course I would choose the 16 GB version.

Hi All,

I have one for you, which is best 16gig or 8gig, i have a lack of tech knowledge but on conventional hard drives 8 gig will be the faster device due to the sytem having less memory to page, i assume omnia is solid state so i don't know if the same is true.
16 gig is a massive amount of memory for a phone so i would guess that if the 8gig is faster and less hangy? this may be the best bet?????
Help not sure which way to go, i can get them both free on either orange or vodafone but i want to get the best one and fastest??

Wow.....oooooooo......yeah......omg........

its great sometimes a little slow mostly fast and responsive. Camera good, gps runs with tomtom7, garmin xt,plays xvid and div x at near dvd quality (on size of screen)no problem seing screen outdoors.

Vodafone uk are now supplying on upgrades if anyones waiting for it!
i just got it for free on £35 a month for 18 mths

Personally I will choose the Omnia. If anyone will choose the iPhone, fine by me.

After all it's just a phone!!!

When it will be available in The Netherlands and I have some experiences with it, I will (try to) write it here. Hopefully it will be useful to others so they can learn something or make a better decision what phone to buy . . . an Apple, Nokia, Philips, NEC, Sony, etc.

Omnia Best Mobile Ever I Used , U Know Why :

First It Comes With 5 Megapixel Camera , Then I Love Its Touchwiz Technology , And Great Optical Mouse Use .

Sound Quality Much Much Better In Headsets .... About Loudspeaker Its also Good . And Ilove Its Turn To Mute Function .

GPS Works Really Great With Me , I have No Prob With Any SMS System , For Text You Must Turn It To Landscape Mode .. To Get Good Keyboard .

I Really Proud On My Choice That i made , Coz There Is Alot Of Options There .... Its Really Hard Choose But i Got Good One ....

Been trying to decide between this phone and another for my upgrade and have asked people to say why i should go for this one
however when ever i look to see what people have said i just find a bunch of waffle about cars and whos balls are bigger than whose.
So ive decided for the moment to go for the blackberry (although i have to wait for a few days until its back in stock so my mind could still be swayed)
However if i ever want an opinion about the Iphone ill know were to look
