This would be an iPhone killer and rapist, if it had quad band 3G. I would shell out $900 US if it has us 3G
Shou Ji, 10 Jul 2008Our source said that AT&T will bring Omnia in August. Better if u ask AT&T.cool ~~
ppl saying iPhone 3g is better aren't looking at all the factors. #1 the service costs are higher with the 3g phone and batt life is worse. #2 tell me how many good custom or 3rd party apps are available for iPhone vs WM5 or 6...doesn't even compare. The device itself isn't the only factor! The iPhone SDK was finally released and it's way behind WM. iPhone 3g is what the original should have been but regardless it appears to be a quality product. Saying iPhone is better with out addressing all the facts isn't a good comparison however.
I currently have a samsung E730 and would like to upgrade to the i900. Would i be able to transfer my contacts from my E730 to the i900 ?

Been holding my Omnia for a week now all seems fine except for the batt heating up when using it for more than 30 minutes. Need help on GPS anyone knows how to work it or how to see if it is working. Manual seems to lack that assistance.

Shou Ji, 10 Jul 2008Price of Samsung SGH-i900 Omnia (16Gb Edition) :
World/U.S : USD 716
Singapore : SGD 1,098... moreKnowing the price of 16gb in Thailand may not help much.
I heard from website PPC in Thailand, they will only sell 8gb version in this country.
and have to wait for two month at least before avaliable in store.
Poor Samsung Thailand -_-"
Samsung has the most LAME customer support here in the Philippines..
Yup, you've read it right, Samsung's product lines easily brooked even with just a short fall, screen specially, this happen to my sisters E250 and when you go to their customer support, you will get the lamest service, you'll have to wait for a lifetime.
To bad, what do they think of themselves, top of the line? nop, their on the bottom and in the wrack.
I'm NOT buying any of their phones anymore, we have learned already and not wanting to undergo such experience ever again.
