Avi, 02 Jul 2012NFC is mentioned in the specs as "Optional". What does it mean ?NFC technology is a short-range wireless technology that is designed to allow you to quickly exchange information between BlackBerry ® smartphones and smart accessories, smart payment terminals, intelligent access point, and your smart tag. You can also use NFC technology to store, view, create or modify your smart poster.

Sanju, 30 Jun 2012Hey Guys! bought it day before just wanted to check about the battery backup, I charge it in t... moreThere are a lot of ways to conserve battery life
>Turned off Auto-sync
>Turned off GPS (when not in use)
>Turned off Data connection (if you're not using it)
>Turned off Push Notification (on Facebook,Twitter or Email. Just check them manually)
>Set screen brightness on lowest (set it higher if you're outdoor)
My personal settings
>I'm using 3rd party Launcher which is GO Launcher EX..
>But I'm not using any Add-ons. Just the Laucher
>I'm only using 2 Homescreens (you need 7? really?)
>I'm using plain Black Wallpaper
>Don't put to many widgets on your Homescreen, specifically those widgets that needs to be refresh/updated in a minute or so.
>Don't use Task Killer. Let the OS manage itself.
>If it felt that you're phone is slowing down, turned it OFF for a minute. This is the best way to refresh everything.
>I don't play games or watch movie on my phone. YouTube..yes. Full-length movie..NO
>Don't install apps unless you really know what it does. It may do more harm than good.
>You may want to use a 3rd party internet browser that has an EXIT option.
>If you're going to use any battery saver, observe if it really does prolong batter life. If it does, then continue using it.
I know that this is just a phone, but don't abuse it. It's like asking a person to do a lot of task, so don't expect they're still up and running at the end of the day.
