hey guys I have GS2 KOREAN model and it can't be updated from 2.6 to ICS it is stuck at gingerBread I have tried kies also but it doesn't show update and when I try to update through phone it downloads the package but when it restarts the installation stops at 11% and phone restarts and goes back to square of one i.e GINGERBREAD if anyone has an solution then kindly help me out Here

Dear Friends, Just i want to say that Last month my Galalxy S II got official updates to jb 4.1.2 in Middle east.
Phone speed and interface has been imporoved alot, most of applications worked after updates as well.
I only explore one bug which happened when i want to delete a shortcut on main screen, and comuter hangs so i restarted and then worked fine.
for battery , of course now it is less, before on ICS it was staying arround 36 hours, now hardly arround 30 hours with less call, games and browsing and so I have to charge it daily, however realy imporovemnt with Good battery life is a good point to update.

After one more update in JB, now battery consumption is reduced, and now i am getting much better barrety life compared to initial update of JP, which draining my battery within one day, now with wifi ON for few hours, and data ON for few hours in a day, now it is few till evening i am getting battery balance of more than 60%, so nice update.

OTA JB update on my S2 as I woke up this morning (I'm from the UK). I am rather pleased with the performance, although I have to say the update makes the screen feels that bit tinier than before. I guess I will just have to adapt!

am from bangalore, india. may be this update is for fixing up heating issues n few bugs which was released rest of world after JB release for s2

hey guys i m using s2 since 2 mnths ago .......... i m hvng 2 problms wid it ......... my motion sensors r nt workng properly........ the turn over to mute sensor is nt wrkng ....... is dere any solution fr dt ???????
n 2nd 1 is dt my camera shots r nt fyn i mean dey automatically get rotated aftr hvng shot frm camera i cnt hv straight pics frm camera ...... plz tel wt to do if any1 knws abt dis i wud b thankful to him.......
