Try installing the Kies software on your PC.My problems got solved that.The USB/Mass storage device is still very unstable in Samsung phones.The installation of kies should solve it.

i am getting a nitfication un recoznised device found when i am connecting my mobile with pc. and conne t to mass srorage option also nt coming....plz help

really .......galaxy r is a bad phone. go 4 galaxy s advance...its better.

Settings>Developer options>Force GPU Rendering(check it if its unchecked n reboot your phone)
Give a try ...worked for me....:) hopefully might work for you as well :)

Upgraded to ICS4.0. RAM was always full intitially. But now its fine. But games lag. phone hangs very frequently. I am fed up with it. Now I want to revert back to gb2.3. When I approached service center they say phone can be hanged will doing so. And if it hangs motherboard needs to be changed which accounts for 40% of the mobile cost. Unfortunately my phone is not in warranty period. Can anyone help me to fix this issue.

This phone really sucks...! I bought one from http://www.widgetcity.com.ph and I was just able to use it for almost 2months! No support from the seller! it's just like you've been robbed! So you guys, never purchase anything from http://www.widgetcity.com.ph because they will leave you hanging once you encounter some issue with their item. One more thing, they're selling non-replenishable or discontinued items! If I havent complaint to them they will not remove this model on their website.

Great Phone . Feels good and performs like a charm. Updated to ICS and is now evn better.
HAppy to hav gone for it instead of Xperia Arc .

@Rajesh..Try resetting it to defaults or Shut the screen and get back..its not all that bad.

This is a great phone. I've been using this since more than a year now.
And it has Official CyanogenMod 10.1(jelly bean) also.
