s4 mini is already available in the philippines 2 months ago, thru online store, like Kimstore, etc.
Dear All, I just bought it form Thiland. So, let me see how it works. Thanks.
Look xperia sp has a bigger touchscreen with a higher quality and can be upgraded to kitkat 4.4 but, S4 has a stronger battery and a better front camera and I prefer Samsung Galaxy's interface, it's easier to use.
So Samsung Galaxy S4 mini is the winner└(^o^)┘

Here is a TIP for fresh users ; while playing video in video player (stock video player), press and hold on the right hand side of the screen, the volume bar will pop up, without lifting your finger, slide up /down to adjust. Do the same on the left side of screen to adjust brightness.
And you'll indeed see the minimise button in the bottom panel.
@Maxima, glad to see you here. Remember me? But you'll remember Rajesh who published tips and tricks for D900.. lol
I've been using Samsung I9190 Galaxy S4 mini(single sim) version for almost 3 months now, I must say I'm happy with the performance of my phone. No network problem, smooth and fast performance, no heating problem, while playing game lag do occur only because I play with power saving on, and some of the game on the market are yet to optimize their games on new devices, and one more thing my s4 mini's antutu benchmark is 20k+, for those of you who have issue with the phone maybe there's something wrong with your unit, have it replaced.
