I don't think Samsung is on top. Simple Moto and Samy made phone for chinese market. Let compare it.

there are already some gsm+cdma phone in china from samsung if you can search & read chinese. if this is a duos then it should be gsm + gsm. pls sell it to other country also, i like a high end duo sim duo standby phone.

this is an OMH device.
it accepts both SIM card and R-UIM card.
too bad it doesn't support HSDPA network... :(
