Follow up on below...
Reset the phone last week... was using for a week now after install... moreIf only these apps causes your phone to freeze, then just stop using them,and by the way there many great alternatives for chrome and e-mail apps.
If it's not only these apps fault, you can try to disable all animations on developer settings, and if you have installed Facebook app uninstall it because I have heard that it can cause freeze problem, you have also to disable auto sync, GPS.
And last step which can help is on dial type *#0011# then go to Wi-Fi and there you will find "power saver ON and switch it to off.So I hope I helped you a bit :)

and wipe cache

Just bought my S3 yesterday morning. I had an iphone 4S before. This phone beats all Apple products (including 5). Great display and colors, touchscreen, response. It just rocks! And I guess S4 it's even greater.
I'm having a big problem with battery consumption; it only last about 5-6 hours before shutdown, when it is well charged (1oo%) . Do you have some tips for me?
Also have Data limit problems... uses too much data in a day.. don't understand.

Reset the phone last week... was using for a week now after installing regular emails and chat apps.. still the phone freezes. Atleast once a day I have to hold power button to restart phone .. many times it hangs after using Chrome browser and email apps.

And trust me not all services center staff are properly trained in warranty policy. That why you should always get detail information that yiu can contact the manufacturer with. And always speak to a supervisor when you are not getting a appropriate response from a front line rep.
It's your money and it does have value, so you don't just through it away.

I am not sure, that I know ... moreIf they detected something that they can class as your fault, then it's not a manufacturer defect and by extension could not be the sudden death issue.
And if you had to pay a diagnosis fee, then you would be given the results of the findings. Even if you decide not to fix it.
This is not my first smart phone.
And I have gone through this for both defects... and problems caused by me.
And I always skip the dealer and contact the manufacturer.
I have my SIII 9 mouth now and so far haven't had to contact Samsung for anything.

I am not sure, that I know usually all complaints in my country are handled by the customer service. I agree if the unit is malfunction because of defect, should be replaced with no any cost (free). But it may different for each country. I found in Google there was someone should pay for fix Galaxy S III in India, the Samsung said it was caused by water. How come? Back to my friend, he didn't tell me much his friend. Just share to me, he would like to buy Galaxy S III but afraid of its sudden death because his friend faces like that. When his friend was told cost him around 160 in US Dollar, his friend cancelled it to repaired.
