To S3 users here:
I have this phone and I'm using it for almost 2 weeks now. And all I can say is that this phone KICKS @SS! If you complain that the phone heats up when playing games or if the battery drains fast, it means that you dont know Android well. And this phone kicks APPLES @SS! ROCK AND ROLL!

From my own unfortunate experience one thinks to himself "... more4g regional means that they are releasing it firstly in 16 citys across the uk to see if it works better then once concluded they are sure to expand the 4g availabillity to more places across the uk.
again gs3 is goin to be the no.1 ..surpassing its own mini s3.. samsung rocks man..
Ecellent phone just got it yesterday. Android OPEN SOURCE: REmember that. I phone: Closed source. In short more development more fun with Android. Why suck up to apple IOS when you have 10 manufactures using Android

I found out how to restore your service provider ROM using Kies if you were trying the JB roms and you want to go back.
1. Disconnect your phone from the PC and remove the battery.
2. Start Kies.
3. go to tools> firmware upgrade and Initialisation
4. Put in your model name (it should be GT-I93000 if you are in this forum) see sticker in battery compartment, it is case sensitive.
5. When ask put in your s/n (see sticker in battery compartment.) it is case sensitive.
then you should see the ROM info
6. Return the battery to the phone and start it in restore mode.
7. Connect it to your PC and follow PC instructions.
Good luck. Hope it works for you.
Had my S3 2 weeks. Battery needs charging twice a day. Told gy the seller that this is a 1 day phone and the battery will only last 24 hours. Mine lasts 12 with virtually everyting turned off. WORST phone i've ever had
Giggle, 17 Oct 2012a lot of negative feedback huh? I changed my mind, I'm going for HTC One X+, love the speed,... moreS3 is great, the only complain from me is the 1gb ram is insufficient. And that could be the same case with One X+. However, One X+ is using a DDR3 RAM clocked at 1.6ghz which is far superior than the One on the S3, but the amount of memory is still the same. Lumia 920 is a great smartphone as well but it's likely to be released with a higher price point than the One X+, and just remind you that the apps on WMP isn't as great as on the Play Store or App Store both in quantity and quality (or at least until now, but I believe it's growing very rapidly). You might want to check out Galaxy Note 2 as well as an alternative
Why Samsung is that well sold? For these updates? In case you didn't know, they leave many bugs on the phones they launch only to have what updates to show to their clients later on. This is laughable. Why would you make a phone with bugs only to make your clients think that this brand gets numerous updates? OMG, and they say LG is bad...
angaw, 15 Oct 2012sori for my english. im not good. i just want to know. which one is better for internet??... 4... moreMy suggestion you should go for S3... but is stil depends on you whether you prefer android or iOS
Will this phone have 4G or not? From my own unfortunate experience one thinks to himself "It says it has 4G, but it says regional. And this phone is present specifically by it's model. So in conclusion it must mean that the phone has the hardware for 4G but it's only regional for where it can be used."
But what it means by "regional" is that the phone's HARDWARE differentiate regionally. Which ridiculously makes it a i9305.
That's a big difference and should be clarified.
