Many say Super Amoled is far better than any "LCD"!
I think S3-design is a lot more beautiful than One X, and S3 definetly feels better in the hand, but if you want a polycarbonate backpanel similar to the one on One X you can simply buy one from any of the many companies that will make backpanels... for S3!
The new "TouchWiz" on S3 is not the same as the old TouchWiz on older Samsung-phones and is a lot more user-friendly than the now old and boring and slow HTC Sence!
I will use a 64 Gb microsd-card in my 16 Gb S3!
S3 have far better and more batteryeffecient quad-core because S3 use only one core with reduced speed when saving power, and Tegra 3 is manufactured under 40nm but Exynos 4212 is manufactured under 32nm and that is another reason for it to be a lot more battery-efficient!
Nvidia Tegra 3 can produce 7.2 GFLOPS at 300MHz, but the new Mali-400 GPU, it can produce 10.8 GFLOPS at 300MHz but will be clocked at 400MHz and that means it will produce 14.4 GFLOPS of power. At “GPU Power” category Exynos 4412 wins easily.
When the S3 battery become old or bad you can easily replace, but when the battery in One X get old or bad you have to replace/buy a completely new phone!
Beats Audio is only an equalixer, but S3 have a Wolfson DAC that with "Voodoo Sound" drivers from Google Play will have perfect sound!

HTC One X design is very brilliant but Samsung Galaxy S III design very ugly

HTC One X Sense UIv4.0 is very brilliant, htc sense is very good but TouchWiz UI v4.0 is good but TouchWiz UI v4.0 very old version like S II

I was earlier an iphone lover....i tried galaxy s, galaxy s2 but couldnt get my hands properly on both....recently i tried the Note...i m quite happy with it.....but with the launch of the new S3....can anyone tell me "WHETHER I SHOULD GO FOR THE S3 OR STILL MY GALAXY NOTE SOUNDS BETTER....? AND IF S3 THEN WHY...?" .......Dear friends, pls share ur reviews with me....Thanks....!!!

I have 35 Gb of apps and game data and 5 Gb of music on my S2, 16 Gb plus 32 Gb memory, so only 26 Gb in One X is definetly not enough for me!
My experience with HTC is that they have very extremly bad build quality, my Desire and Desire Z were both unable to keep a stable 3G-connection, and the screen on my Z completly died after only a few months use! One X is also having problems with build quality screen banding http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7tJJJzAe0QU and simply bad build quality http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Dl1X37IyzdA , and it can not survive an accidental drop http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sBo3W6HdPbM

Yeah, they should update the "SIII" to "SIII Advanced" with more RAM and its still not Waterproof and maybe some more Upgrades till the IPhone5 comes out. ;)

HTC One X: First up is the HTC One X which is

1080p HD video recording coupled with an f2.0
lens and HTC's custom image processing chip;
Beats Audio integration, 4.7-inch Super LCD 2

Motorola DROID RAZR HD: Next up is the long

here's what i can say

sgs3 is great but too expensive price and poor design!
htcox is also a great but not so much , and also expensive price
lg 4xhd is also a great phone, and perfect design! more cheaper price!

The Motorola buy can surely help this: I
explained why in a GigaOm Pro report
(subscription required) last month and took
it one step further recently. Aside from
Google using Motorola to develop tablets, it
could even take advantage of Motorola’s
LapDock hardware which uses an Android
handset to power a notebook-like shell.
Instead of a proprietary Motorola software
environment, Google could use Android or
even the Chrome OS for such a device .

Google need Moto not ony for is Pants or as a mobile phone maker but even for Table and not to forget Moto setbox cable.
