On any phone that you activate 4G will get a big battery drain (is normal), as for no FM radio, if you get a smartphone then use all his features (use internet radio more station). All in all is a nice terminal and the 2 GB are the way to go, if you want many apps and features open, after you get some of the S4 apps ported you will see the need for the 2GB.
S4 Uses 1.36 GB of ram on stock activated feature so...
2GB better that 1GB and FM Radio.

> In reply to Edja @ 2013-05-13 15:16 from U}}x - click to readon the i9300 it was with only the 16gb version, and was solved with update 4.1.2 by Samsung. Samsung also admitted problem and replaced phones. Search up in gsm arenas desktop site to confirm if you like. And for a link i posted about this....then please go to i9300 Page and search up sudden death. There u will find a link i posted about this, and info about the 4.1.2 update and fixes and improvements in that update.

What else are the differences of this phone and the gt i9300 version aside from the extra gb of ram and 4g LTE? also which phone do you guys prefer? the main thing that concerns me is the battery life. Is the battery life the same as the original s3?

i'm planning on buying this phone over the original because of the additional RAM and not because of LTE. that's because, unfortunately, our place does not have LTE coverage. can you turn LTE off? i heard it drains the battery really fast if it's continuously searching for a signal. by the way, im new to smart phones so excuse me if ever my question seems stupid :)

The backlight on my phone comes on and off when in idle mood and this drains the battery very fast. I have turned off the wifi and bluethooth but it still continues. Please help

Excellent phone, except that I started having problems with charging my phone. It would charge overnight, but still be on 23% battery power the next morning. Then it would charge again without any problem. Now lately, it doesn't charge at all. I've purchased a new charger which works fine on any other phone, but my phone still doesn't charge. Even with the charger connected, it says "connect to charger". Has anyone else experienced this problem? My phone is only about 3 months old.
