I m not able to connect my gs4 to Pc through usb, I tried through kies airdroid etc l... but my laptop doesnt recognise tried in xp aswell in mac. I did debugging usb option also still. please help me.

I know that against apple samsung is bad in service as Apple is fantastic in service but Samsung is much better than Sony htc or lg or even Nokia in India.

You are either fooled or you are trolling(highly likely). so please don't buy samsung anymore. No one is forcing you.

I found the after care service good and Samsung update service great

have a good trolling.

samsung service is d worst service that any company can provide .... no company troubles their customers lik this ... other companys replace d fone incase the fone is defected ... i dont knw y samsung cant do tat .... being market leaders doesnt mean u dont care bout ur customers ... customer satisfaction is d most important .... n sansung is way behind in tat ....

samsung has given me a pathetic experience and i hv faced a lotta trouble and inconvenience bcoz of it

i purchased my S4 on 14/8/13 and frm d 1st day onwards i was facing network issues .. within 19 daz d connector of d fone stopped working ... i have paid Rs. 41,500 for the fone and within 19 daz it has such MANUFACTURING DEFECTS ...
other comapnies lik apple and nokia replace the device within 48 hrs incase of any defect found within 1 month ... bt samsung insists on repairing d fone ... i m against this and vill aot allow samsung to repair my 19 days old fone ...
i need my money back .. i hv learnt from a few friends & also frm Samsung employees that Samsung gives refund ... if others can gt .. y cant i ??
The service provided i soo PATHETIC ... ppl frm the CEO's office also promise to call on a particular day bt do not contact via call or e-mail for 5 daz aftr tat until i Call n request thm fr a call back ... Its a pity to c such PATHETIC service from SAMSUNG ....

I am Abilash and my friend purchased Samsung S4 phone couple of months back from Bangalore Samsung Smart Cafe, Bangalore, India.

Already, we have given the phone to the service center twice because of severe heating and hanging issues. Both the time, they said that the problem is resolved but even today the phone gets hangs and also the battery goes off suddenly.
There are about 4 executives who have interacted with us and the response was pathetic. The 2nd time we gave the phone, they said the problem is with the motherboard.
Plz understand that we paid 40,000 INR for this phone and its a huge investment and there were lots of hope when we bought this phone
I had a respect for this brand but now, both the phone and the service that we received till date is pathetic and very poor.
The worst part is response from your customer care executives.

Now again they are asking us to give it to the service center and to be put under observation.
I dont understand whether your team doesn't have value for customers or is this how your guys behave with the customers always?

Why I should I give it to the customer service center everytime and its just the 3rd month since we purchased this phone.

I lost all the respect for this brand and the service is pathetic.

Looks like Samsung are never going back to their DNSe music player..The soundalive player is to soft sounding and quiet when you activate equalisers and some effects..It does give me a chance to now move away from Samsung after to other companys after all this time..Have tried all the apps in app store and NONE beat Sammys DNSe player with separate preset equaliers and separate concert hall setting..All I can do is keep my Samsung Wave & S2 and use them BUT HATE 2 BOX SOLUTION.

I have found 2 apps on IOS but don't really want to go down that route because they are a greedy,greedy company..
Does anyone know if the Music Player (DNSe)( is in Note range of smartphones or is it just Soundalive only.?

Hello,

I bought Samsung Galaxy S4 cell phone in 13.08.2013. It is guaranteed with Genpa and it's price is 1800 TL + 100 TL original Galaxy S4 cover. I realized that my phone was not ringing for a very long time in 21.09.2013. When I checked the phone ,I observed there was a short line inside the screen display. Later on, Service member said that there was a small crack inside the device. In order to recover my phone,it is said that I had to give 550 TL more. I wonder how my phone did not work even I gave no harm to it. Could you please help me to recover my phone without any extra price so that it could be totally changed or only screen display should be changed.?

I think I have found the answer... It's Google Speak.
Goto: Settings/More (4th Tab)/Application Manager. Then scroll the screen across to the right to 'All'. Scroll down to 'Talk' (a grey and blue icon), and tap on 'Disable'.
