all application that I have been downloading doesn't seems to work even Java applications. Please I am tired how can I fix this.

All the people who are saying that the touch screen always freezes are wrong. I've had mine for 2 years and it has never froze. The only problems for me are sometimes when you are texting, letters come up the you didn't press, sometimes a message you are sending won't send but all you have to do is turn it off and on again, and worst of all the battery life is terrible it won't even last a full day. But the pros are it's easy to text, easy to surf the web, durable, stylish, lots of great features, and lots of settings to make you comfortable with the phone. I highly recommend this phone. Please don't let any of these bad reviews scare you off, the phone is worth it.

i just bought this phone and cant nothing show on screen about mass storage or pc suite when i plug the usb with it..how do i go about it

This is a pretty awesome phone. Ive had it for over a year and Ive had to replace it once because my screen locked up. That is my only complaint. The keys are the perfect size and Ive never had a problem with them. This phone is physically durable. Ive dropped it quite a few times and still it works. You can get some greats games for it. Of all my phones, this has been the best one. Ive been given a choice to upgrade and Ive been putting it off in fear of not being able to find another messaging phone like it. Battery lasts. Have to charge ever couple days and thats with texting and using speaker phone.

this product is very attractive but their screens are not strong and without the touch you cannot get any access to operate anything on the menu.

Do not get it. I gives a good first "impression," but other than that it's horrible. From the turning it on and off to send text messages to the keyboard lagging and repeating letters 390873802x to the screen barely being slid out goes completely black I would NOT GET THIS!

This phone is a very good one with its GPRS service, it is one of a class. But, it battery is not good. Here in Nigeria, it is very difficult to get original samsung spare accessories. Inprovement on the phone's BATERRY will make it superb.

I have had this phone twice. It is a very user friendly phone with great features. That being said, It is sad that this phone is so unreliable. I went through 2 in about a year and a half. Anyone else I know who had one had the same problems where the phones scrren eventually starts to go out rendering it un useable. It seems to be an issue with the contact points on the slider.

i really love this phone...the only problem i found with it is that it doesnt have a flash when u take a pic. i would also like for samsung to get a plan for internet just as how you have bbm(blackberry messenger) and etc.

i just like to agree w/ what geek said. most touchscreen are if not a problem on the memory card, its the software. if your touchscreen will not be responsive, pls dont do master reset or factory reset coz it will worsen its calibration. just religiously delete unnecessary files in either/both memory card or phone memory and dont ever download 3rd party application to make sure that no corrupted files will be stored. thanks

This is a good phone. it's just that there are some people who dont know how to use it wisely. If the phone freezes, it could be due to your excessive data saved on the phone;try to remove the sd card or just delete all the data that you have there. or better yet, call samsung for assistance.

maybe ur using touchscreen in wrong way.use ur nails instead of fingertips as ur stylus.or use a real stylus..lols.:D:D:D
