1) Ensure that the format of the video that you want to transfer and play is mp4. If it is not mp4 convert it to mp4 using one of the various mpg to mp4 converter available on the internet.
2) After u ensure that it is mp4, name it according to the Samsung naming convention (Ex: Video-0001.mp4)before you transfer it to your handset and play. You can check the naming convention by creating a small video using the in-built camera. If the naming convention is not correct it might say Unsupported File Format

Well.. what can I say about this mobile.
Pros :
It's a cute slim beauty.It possess all the features which is required for an entry level user ie also for a price less than 5k.
A unique feature which I saw in this mobile is the progressive searching of mobile numbers even though alphabet searching is quite common.

3.Memory card support up to 4 GB (Micro SD).
4.1.3 Mega pixel camera (Max Resolution : 1280*1024 pixels)
5.Good Battery backup
6.Video Recording
7.Voice Recording (Max : 1 Hr)
8.FM Radio
9. Photo Call
All other common features (stopwatch,timer,calendar,convertor,games,memo etc.)
Cons :
1.Keys are bit hard to use but once you get to used to it I think it's fine..
Overall it's a good buy...

Well designed and great user interface features like dedicated camera key and Hinglish text entry.
But my phone has some bugs that require me to restart the phone a few times every day. Very annoying. And why isn't the data cable included? Also the Samsung "PC Studio" software I downloaded to interface the phone with my PC tends to hang.
