its really a nice piece ... but the main prblem with it was joystick.when ever we want to scroll the photos in memory card, once again we have to go to the previous menu. the operation of memory card was very slow.

i had used this phone for 6 months (2 yrs back)..was very exited being my 1st multimedia set..i think its audio was ok but wen played through the speaker it wasnt tht good..camera was so..so.the worst part was the joystick which gives u no joy..rather u'll feel like throwin the set wen ur stuck in the middle of changin ur track or readin msgs or even goin through the phone book..well ,so i went to the service center and there was a huge crowd there..all having a face filled with anger cause none of the problems were being solved by the so called service men..i thought it just a coincidence but wen my turn came i was struck there was a software failure,joystick problem to which they had no answer to..they kept me runnin to them 5-6 times each time tellin "come nxt week"..i was fed up n asked them return my money..which i got back.

Joy Stick is very poor.
SAMSUNG is not providing any support if your joystick goes out of order
SAMSUNG is worst at after sales service

it have very poor pcp ,data cable, charger and ear phone all are in only one jack

the great problem of this phone is that u cannot install java applications from pc u hav to download it from wap.. instead of using mobiles web browser use opera 4th version it works awsom on this phone otherwise its an average phone

MY joystick is nt working and when i get it to the company, they told that a new joystick is nt available for this phone. Its jst a waste
