One video worked when i converted it to 3gp format...but remaining don't work....Does the size of the file matter???If not tell me how can i make huge files work!!!

Hi,
I bought this phone last week, feature wise it is a good phone for cheaper price with lot of disadvantages.
* Basic indication for battery itself is not available, if the battery is full while charging there are no indications and if you switch off the power and on, it is showing as still charging.
How you will know the battery got fully charged or not?
* No previous/Next option for music player... etc.
* While attending the incoming call, the display becomes dark after few secs and not able to view the number/name.
* You cant connect both Power and Headset together.
I can only 2 things good about this mobile, less weight & cute look. Otherwise nothing great.
I have read all the comments posted in this site, the said disadvantages all are true.
All most I have used all the brands, as per my expreience, I would suggest to go to Nokia, it is always user friendly.

I really congrats Samsung Engineers for making this Function Packed+Fantastic phone AND thanks Samsung Co. for making it available at such good price.
Phone has many intelligent functions.
Only display need to have vibrant color themes & phone need a stylish good built.

I bought this piece .....four days back.....I am quite happy wid its features.......
but one thing is really bothering me,........
I am not able to watch videos that i transferred from my PC....I converted AVI format to MP4 bt still the problem is persisting ....Any solution????

i have this phone n i am much more than just satisfied..'cause for this price range i get lots of features..music on speaker may sound little low..but on earphones its very good..the 2mp camera is okay..zoom is bad..bluetooth is good..specially sending..
till now i havent discovered how to download new themes n games..but the preloaded themes are fine..
but i found very basic things missing in this phone
1.no screen saver
2.does not display ur location
3.i cannot receive calls by pressing the handsfree button neither can i change the radio stations by it.
4.charging takes time..n battery life could have been better.
however apart from these things i found the phone light wieght... n lite on my wallet..
so.. guys go for this phone ..u will definetly not regret...

Samsung J210 ||| Good feature-powered phone with moderate battery-life esp. when surfing net. SLOWS down when memory card load goes to 50 MB only !! When battery runs out all applications eg radio,camera,browser shut down but Basic PHONE functions continue. DISPLAY is pleasantly surprising! SOUND quality good but Caller's VOICE changes somewhat (unlike other Samsung phones). VOICE memo for 60 min but NO CONVERSATION RECORDING. MESSAGE writing speed is better than older Samsung phones but writing in T9 mode is not better than that in NOKIA phones. SYMBOL selection while writing is not as easy as was with older Samsungs or all Nokias ! NOTE-application holds 1000 characters including spaces but can't be saved on Memory card!! EVERY time the battery is removed & replaced, the DATA storage option to MEMORY-card has to be reset. Recordings from radio can be used as ring tones after copying them to phone memory. CALENDAR is truely user-friendly. For net-surfing OpenWave BROWSER is good in terms of speed but probably Full-version is NOT used here. OPTIONS during browsing are far from satisfactory ( Opera/ Netscape/NetFront offers better OPTIONS esp. SAVE IMAGE option)***My RATING >in 10 : Design 9/Performance 8/Unique beauty 9/Sound quality 7/Utility 7/Battery life 5/Messaging 6/T9 Mode 6/Net surfing speed 8/OpenWave browser 6/Camera 7/Image editing 6/¤¤¤ BEST AMONG ALL OTHER PHONES AT THIS PRICE-GROUP[Rs. 5000]¤¤¤

my budjet is rs.5000.i expect the following features: 2mb camera,bluetooth,edge,html browser,video capture & player,fm radio,mp3 player,memory slot,(data cable,headphone must included). so samsung j210 best or any mobile with this feature with budjet price?

waaaaaah!!! i am getting only a day of battery life.. :-(
I made only 3 or 4 five mins calls ,nothing more than half an hour music, a few sms
and the battery is low..
uh oh...does samsung have a better battery in its accessory list..?
