Samsung J700 - user opinions and reviews

this is the 2nd samsung i got. i should've know better. i love samsung design and the features but they break.....1!!!!!! im alredy having problems with this fone. ive only had it for few weeks. nokia or se doesnt do this to me.

I also have a d900i that i just inserted the installation disk,installed and i could download music and my pictures.I tried on my notebook and my pc.it jst reads not conncted and when i check the usb port it reads "please insert a disk into drive.Please help

I think this is a realy good phone for this price, good camera, good design and i use him for music player to, with a 2GB microSD.
The only bad thing is i can't open the back front where the battery is, i have to open it with a knife. but besides that it's realy a good phone, i'm very happy with it.

i just read on here that you can not change your message tone on this phone but me and my partner have just got one ov these phones and yes you can change the message tone!!!! you go on to settings then phone settings then phone profiles then when its on normalclick that and in there when you arrow along once it says message alert just scroll along to music and there you go your own personalised tone hope this helps every one x

I'm hearing some strange humming from display. It's realy noisy when i put the phone near by ear. I'm not shure is there a problem or just the display is so noisy.

just can't connect to the internet using my phone as the modem.i have already installed the samsung software in my pc but nothin is forthcoming.anyone with an idea?is it possible?

yeah u can have your own ringtones as mess alert. just go into setting and press phone settings then profiles then press options then press edit then press off to side and go to whatever ringtones you want to use. its easy as that. any qjestions just ask. byeeeeeex ps java settings are in with games and stuff.

back cover very annoying and hard to move, also the message ringtones are rather dull. otherwise a very nice phone and very cheap. why didnt they make back cover like the d5oo??

tried to download some music from PC using "Samsung Pc Studio 3".After one song i got a message-"unsufficient memory" even though 2Gb.card inserted..what do i do wrong???

how can you change the message ringtones or you jus have to stick to the 4 preset ring tones?

message tones cannot be personalized... you can only use the 4 preset message alert tones
