I just got this phone and it is really cool!!
I also got the mirco sd card and it is a lot easier because there is more space for music and photos. I love this phone!!!

> In reply to deeds221 @ 2008-10-03 12:27 from NHeVIf your memory is full with 4 songs either get an microSD card for the phone (if you look on the net a 2Gb one will probably set you back about £4 which will hold about 400 songs). Or if you can't get a microSD card then try using something like Audiograbber to re-code the MP3s at a lower rate, the sound quality will go down but you'll be able to fit more songs on.

i got this phone 2 days ago its cool and everything but i can only get 4 songs on it and then it tells me memary full!!! what can i do does any one know. i do not have a memory card extra

i`ve bought j700 3 days ago and so far i`m pleased with it but i discovered that if u use 2g memory card the phone is stopping on numerious times so if u use memory cards use that of 1g.

You can easily set mp3 as ringtone. just select the file n go to options. from there select set as ringtone...the file would be copied to phone memory & work as ringtone.

Hi all,
i bought the phone 3 days ago as my 3110C(Nokia) got damaged.
J700 is a stylish phone and thats best about it.
1.The battery backup is not so good as you can expect from a 500mAh battery(the specification reads 800mAh batterty)lasted 1.5 day with 1 hour music play & about 2hrs talking.
2.The playlist can contain only 30 songs at a time while my 3110c could add unlimited songs to playlist.
3.browser keeps hanging on numerous occasions.
4.The calculator is so difficult to use.
5.The sound(using loudspeaker)is not so good & not loud enough(louder than 3110c)

These are some negative facts i pointed out in 3 days usage.But surprisingly i found the battery cover pretty easy to open.it opens up quite easily in my case.
