go to phone setting->usb connection>mass storage> then ur phone memory card will appear as usb mass storage

lol guys stop slating the phone really.. what do you exspect for £40...? its MEANT to be a budget phone... so why u cussing it and exspecting it to ave all the latest gadgets an expensive phone would have..?

it is reaaly the worst phone ever.....it had its earphones illegible and the speaker was incorigible......
the phone has given trobles 17 times within an year......nd is still giving trouble

the phones a piece of junk iv had it for 11 months and i cant hear the person im speaking to half the time over the phone and breaks so easy its hard to keep the screen clean its the worst phone ever made!!!
and dont make the same mistake as me and buy it

Worst phone I have ever had. It doesnt have an anti-scratch screen, so after 1 day my phone already had scratches on it. Then, the speaker (earpiece) works only when it wants to, so selective hearing which is pretty bad. Then, sometimes, (only very little) the other party cant hear me speak. I would never recomend a samsung slide phone (this is my 2nd one- being stupid). After 6 months, battery life lasts you after 1 and max a half days. MY ADVICE: rather buy a nokia, sony ericsson

samsung fone is best, one thing is not good,the flakes is only 1 year use only..all of samsung fone slideup type,may fone is j700 my friend is d880 and u900 soul and the one is i dont know the unit...after 1 year our flakes is broken...then we replace it a china flakes...but the china flakes is not stay longer...only 3 to 4 months only...

Haven't overcharged it...
Work for retailer and we used to have alot of problems with customers purchasing phones that say to charge for 16hours but are already fully charged, when they try turning on phone after charging, it is completely dead.
