Owned this phone 18 mths.Photo and video quality very poor net browsing on 2g is a joke flash not supported. loud speaker stopped working can't hear phone calls or music no sound at all . But what do u expect 4 36 quid .

Can you please help i have a Samsung J700i and it was working fine until last night when i went to ring out ...i cant hear the other person at all.

wow this j700 is good when browsing but, the battery is not well made, i mean is not less than 30mins,and also the keypard were really bad,and i try to change the flex still yet is still doing the same thing

my phone has no sound,when i receive call i can't hear anything. no ring tone nothing, why, what's the problem?

Please help me with my Samsung J700. Every time I used the phone, it hangs and the only keypad that works is the switch off only. I already changed the flex, re-format, but still it not works properly. Hope anyone can help me with my problem. Thanks!

Hi i bought this fone but the playlists by default are only four and store only 30 songs each can you create your own playlists and also install themes on this phone? please let me know.

when my j700 is closed there is no sound when people ring.but when its open there is sound. can anyone help please.

I bought this phone n it lasted for one year before it started having network problem yet i live in an area wth good reception. Tha network bar is always full but no incoming or outgoing calls are going through

im a samsung user for 5 years.. J700 was my 2nd phone. For a basic phone user, it's good. It lasted 2 years, and could be more if the darn snatch thief didn't mug me last 2 weeks ago!! only once had faulty speakers.. when slide up for a call, can't hear the caller. brought it to samsung service, under 2 -year warranty, got it fixed for free.

The main problem about the j700 is that,it doesnt support themes,it doesnt allow screen savers like in nokia and other phones. it doesnt have a flash lite. its camera have a very poor quality in photos and video recording. it cannot make mp3 as ringtones while in memory card,u have to move tones from sd-card to phone in order to be ringtones and message alerts. thanx a lot! im gonna buy nokia x6 instead.
