I bought my phone from a trusted cellphone dealer and it still gave me a whole lot of problems..As we speak it still getting repaired sent it thrice for the flex.. now they say they gonna change the top board or something... Also, sometimes the keys are not functioning after you slide..After confirming to a technician, the flex had been worn out and needs a replacement. I took a replacement but it lasted only for about 2 months then the same problem occurs.

This must be the worst Samsung ever! Memory is always full, it sends SMS's whenever it feels like it! Battery does not last more than a day! WTF! I am going to drive over it, and then reverse over it again to make sure nothing is left!!!!!

You have to actually slide the phone a little down and then you can use the buttons. I have also had the screen just go white. Did you solve your problem & what did you have to do?

This the worst Phone ever!!! After a while the screen blanks out completely. I took it to be reprogramed and it only last two months the it starts again. The battery is one day good the next crappy. DONT BUY THIS PHONE!!!!!

Samsung... not anymore. Battery problems, memorie not much, the sound volume when i'm talking with someone isn't good... i hate this phone, really!

This phone is a waste of moey, i had mine for 4 months now and already having problems with the slide, camera and battery. The slide gets stuck, when i go to take a photo, the phone shuts off and when the battery goes down to 2 bars, it just shuts off again. i did not get my moneys worth so DONT buy this phone it has all sorts of prolems!!!!!!!

I installed the software for this phone. I have Vista on my computer. My problem is that the Computer does not recognise my phone. If I connect my USB cable to the phone there is no sign of the phone's connection on the computer. Can someone please help me.

this phone is terrible..slider problems after few months using it.. Buttons cant function after sent for service...terrible..now searching for new phone...but will not consider SAMSUNG anymore

So if you are thinking to buy this i suggest you go to a trusted seller. I have this phone and it has worked fine, but put it in a phone sock cos the screen scratches easily!

I got this phone last year and was very exited but after i used it i felt sooo sad because the battery sucks and the phone just go off by it self.The memory is bad and lucky for me my phone was stolen so now im getting a other phone because Samsung phones are a waste of money.I advise you to not by this phone and i talked to other users of the J750 and the complaints just go on and on.

Hi can anyone advise me whether to buy this phone or not? I saw a good deal for it at CNA and I think it's quite nice. My gran has one, butreading the reviews...

Phone is junk - standby currently 3 days (72 hours), use it and that drops to 2 days (if you are lucky). Had it checked out (by Samsung)- seems there is no problem, even swopped battery for a new one.

This is a stupid phone...hate it!!!
If somebody could tell y the screen keeps going white when i slide the phone up and y the top buttons of the phone dont work id really appreciate it. reget wasting my money on this phone as advice to anybody buying this phone.. DONT!

Hi... this is chris, i just want to share my experience in regards with this mobile, it is not friendly user as compared to nokia phones.
It is good in terms of features and benefits that you are getting from this handset is just that not applicable to everyone.
