I've only had my phone for less than a year and the screen always had a yellow tinge to it and filpped backwards at random times and then be okay again. Now the screen is white and i can still use it but i can't see what i'm doing. I'm dissapointed because i thought it was a good phone.

This phone freezes a lot, and just recently, the speaker blew and i have rearly played any loud music through it, stupid!!! and then all the buttons stopped working. All this happened within 5 months of having the phone. Very very disappointed with samsung, i have now switched to nokia.

this phone is very problematic ,it freezes all the time.my mother was using it now she does not want to use any samsung bcs of this.............

I recently bought this phone say about a week ago and i came across a lot of problems but my biggest one is that it can't save a file directly to the memory card which was bluetoothed and y can't you take a photo with the front camera, and to think i payed a lot of money for it. Can anyone help me with my problems??????

I've only been using this phone for 7 months, the features seems to be fair enough for its price...However this morning, the OK, Cancel, and back button won't work when it is slide up.. the phone has not been dropped or misused.. i guess this is a common problem with slide/flex phones.. *** disappointed ***

i hate this phone, it goes on and off when it wants to. kick you off the net and ja just my luck the key pad just stopped working. i cant put the thing on. i will never get a samsung again, never. i still think sony ericson and nokia is the best in phones

this phone is very hard to use
u cant go to write messages or do ogther stuff when ur using the music player
its not user friendly phone
i just try it then luckily i have sold it to a 2nd hand phone retailer thnks 4 that

its a nyc model.the design is gud.bt its all about features lately.nd truth b told,almost every mobile phone manufacturer has a prblm.jst dat they differ.it cnt b pfct.afta all,even computers freeze ryt?

bloody hell this phone just stopped working..can't hear the person talking on the other side nor can they hear me!!! Stupid!!!! Stupid!!! hate Samsung if it's not the internet it's something else!!!!

this phone is quite good but their some things related to the phone i some kinda hate. i hope that you can minimize the music player. i hope that you can choose in which memory(in the phone memeory or memory card) you can store objects passed to you through bluetooth. there are more but not too big to be posted.

this is an awful phone.had to buy a battery twice already.software crashed twice and i had to pay a lot of money to get it re-installed.it restarts whenever it pleases.the camera is good though and produces nice pics.but all-in-all this is a piece of junk and i would not recommend it to anybody.

would not sell this model to worst enemy. what s... i have purchased 2 new battry in 6 mths.after 3min call battrey is dead.yes i am charging them properly
