I had my J800 for less than a month and the screen was cracked while in my pocket. No dropage, no scratches but I was told I might have leaned against something and exerted pressure upon it.

I would not buy another Samsung product and someone could make a fortune in providing "bubble wrap" cases for protection

Just don't go for this phone, cannot transfer large file via bluetooth directly to memory card, jad/ jar files work only when downloaded via net, slider gets loose to the left side after frequent use, front camera is only for video calling, video quality very poor,and even this 2 mp camera isn't very good, message memory claims to be 500, but cannot use after 200, overall u have much better options...

I have this phone for the last 9 month. This phone just awesome & must have all the features that does't have in nokia in this price. Samsung j800 luxe is very stylish & solid phone. In this mobile there is no risk of virus in the phone memory. 2MP camera take the shots perfectly. And the sound quality is just superb in the headphone & in the phone speakers it's an average beacuse the sound is low in phone speaker. I will never face any problem about memory. But it's battery is not so good. It will be charged every night. You can download the songs and videos direct to the memory card by using operamini 4.2 in your phone.

Believe me friends this phone is awesome & its very strong too. Once it fell from my pocket from a running train nothing happened to this awesome phone its working normally,anyone want to buy a phone go for this

when u r reading this dont stop or something bad will happen! my name is summer i am 15 years old i have blonde hair ,many scars no nose or ears.. i am dead. if u dont copy this just like from the ring, copy n post this on 5 more sites.. or.. summer will appear one dark quiet night when ur not expecting it by your bed with a knife and kill u. this is no joke something good will happen to u

Replying to the 11 year old kid, i think you should definitey get the J800. Im 12 and its great for me because its got a 2meg camera, blutooth, and style. its one of the coolest samsungs released so far and its had no technical problems yet.

is this j800 really made in china? its only now that i noticed that it was made in china. is this original and not china phone? how do you distinguished samsung china phones?

i'm looking for a samsung under $120 dollars and i'm only 11 so it dosen't have to have all the latest stuff just camrea text bluetooth music and voice mail so what do u think about the samsung j800 for me!!
