Have had this phone in for repair twice now. The screen goes blank and CPW said that they were getting loads of them back to them but until they fail 3 times there is nothing they can do except keep repairing them. This problem must be costing Samsun...

this phone is ok but and its a bug but the software problems that we have encounterd it unbelive able i work with phones 5 days a week and all of these phones ahve been exchanged or srnt away for repair at least twice per customer so samsung should h...
