From where i got software for sumsung L700 I use many software but all shows incompitable type can anybody tell me site from where i download compatible software for this L700

if you are not happy about the changes you have made, or did something wrong press *2767*3855# and wait couple of minutes.. this will format your phone...it will be like the day you bought it...

The phone is good. I have deleted the default games in games folder. Now I am trying to install via media connection (USB connection) .jar & .jad files, but it's not working. How can install new games or softwares. Anyone help me.

hello all l700 lovers... now i will give you the secret code to increse volume of mp3, speech, ringing etc.. press *#0002*28346# , you will see a menu.. rest is easy, make all "ear gain" and "hfr gain" "15", and see the difference in all aspects of volume... you can mail me at samy@kktc.net , to ask further questions, or just to say "thank you"..enjoy your mobile....

i don't care much about camera, 3g, weight, mp3,memory, etc. all i care about is "call clearity" and style.. this phone has superb call volume "voice", and style..so if you think like me, just do it! get one...today!

Hi everybody especially L700 lovers. I bought this phone last week. But before buying this phone I read all the comments and reviews which I found on different web pages. I also read all opinions (beginning from last to the first) of this site. If you really really want to buy this phone, I advise you to read all opinions before asking a question. If you read, you will see that your questions have already been asked by someone else and also answered. Now, I may say yes it has a good battery life (5 days for me) and best features; but can we generalize this. For that reason do NOT buy this phone with respect to a single, not adequate answer or review. Read ALL OF THEM. You will find all the responses that you are wondering.

Is There any kind of Hanging problem in this phone ?
i have gone through some of opinions, so i found that there is no provision to install themes in the same phone and we cannot change SMS tone accept the company provided message tone,is there any problem in battery backup.
Because i m planning to buy this phone,

Please suggest me the best. (Dear L700 Users)

Then 'PC connection'

And choose 'Ask on connection'

Plug the Phone in to the PC with the USB

cable

On the phone selct 'Media player'

On the PC wait until it detects the phone and

select 'Open the device to view files'

Open the folder 'Phone'

You should see the folders: Images, Other

files, Sounds, Videos

Create a new folder and name it 'Games'

Put any game/software you want to install in that

'Games' folder

Two things need to made sure of when

copying over the games. Firstly make sure you

have the *.jar and *.jad files for each game/software, if

you don't have the *.jad file, you can download

a jad creator pretty easily, just type it in

Google. Secondly each game/software has to be in it's

own folder, if you just dump all the *.jar and

*.jad files directly into the 'Games' folder only

the first game installed will work (Poorly too).

Unplug the phone

Now on the phone dial the code: *#6984125*#

Select 'Internals' (Number 4)
It will ask for a master key it is: *#9072641*#

Select 'Storage settings' (Number 7)
Update Java DB (Number 2)

Turn the phone off
Turn it back on

HI All,
I purchased L700 recently@Rs.6700/- . I found the phone to be very competitively priced. Its 2MP camera is better (sharper image, better color reproduction) in daylight conditions than corresponding camera in Nokia and Sony Ericsson phones (I have used Nokia 5310 & SE K750i/W700i -all offering 2MP camera). Images in darkness are however not good and LED flash is more or less ineffective. Music sound is loud but mid-range sounds are more pronounced and there is no equaliser. I have read lot of bad reviews about this phone but found them to be wrong. Phone has a simple intuitive user interface (Its different from Nokia and SE which most of us are used to).(1) One can install J2ME softwares and games (I have successfully installed eng-eng dictionaries of around 6MB jar size), although the procedure to do so is a bit difficult and indirect. I searched net and found solution to install games on zedge forums, using that procedure I installed softwares also. (2)Phone provides automatic number searching and displaying facility. (3) Voice call clarity is good. (4)We can customise wallpaper, message tone, ring tone, ring volume, access phonebook while on call,etc.... (I have written these features as some reviews mentioned that these features are not available on this phone).
The phone is a bit bulky perhaps due to its metal body.

i m going to buy new phone.
i came to knw tht L700 has bad battery back up and bad screen resolution, is tht right plz tell friends?

The Samsung L700 is basically a good mobile phone to have - cheap and stylish. However, mine hangs rather frequently, at least twice a day. It will switch itself off when it hangs and switches on again automatically. Not sure if any of you experiences this fault. A bit disappointed with this glitch.

the samsung L700 is unacceptablby HEAVY! batter go with the U800 instead. the weight is very disappointing.

the problem with the U800 is that it has very rigid keypads. it is too hard for texting.

tip for samsung, the U800 would be a very perfect phone if it has soft keys perhaps like the motorola RAZR series.

Did you guys saw its front cam working ??? i dont know why they put this for...*#0*#8 guys press this...n see how its work...its great..but pls tell me why its used for ???i can use this as a mirror...lol...but its worth

i got my L700 last friday... my dad bought it for me..just because the phone that i want was not available..but its a good thing because i got this phone instead..

well all i can say:
msg alert tone can be changed.....
voice calls ringtone ca also be changed
and so as the video calls ringtone.....
battery life is good..... you can listen to music all day..... even when you have received msgs the music doesn't pause or stop.... vibration is pretty good.. sound is loud too..memory expandable up to 8 gig..

nice phone to have.. elegant looking too hahaha...

Hey this mobile is realy cool..i own this yesterday...atcually it have dual cam...in front also its having a cam...jus press *#0*# thn press 8..u can see the front camera working...

And also i think it have nice battery back up...now im using the mobile the whole day...still the full baterry is remaing....

We can use the ring tone in both vibration n tone mode at a time...

cam is ok... not too gud...have gud flash tooo

I own this mobile for 6750 rs...for this price this mobile simple ROCKS...I LOVE IT...

Disadvantage is music volume is a bit low...but its ok...

SO I THINK THIS IS THE BEST MOB WE CAN GET IN THE MARKET FOR THIS RATE !!! I LOVE THIS
