which one is better i9000 or M110s??

I also have this phone and I love its features (err, despite of not having a camera flash and its short life battery).

My only concern: is there any possible way to increase its ram? My phone runs on gingerbread 2.3.6 and rooted. My current ram is only 335mb compared to 512mb of other Galaxy S variant like I9000 and I9003.

Would appreciate much your reply/ies. Thanks in advance. By the way, I'm from Philippines.

I would like to share 3 issued for Samsung M110S such as;
New firmware of this device through Kies but not possible and there is no option in this device Software update option.
SMS 80 caracters only in current firmware.
GPRP No EDGE in current firmware.
Current firmware V2.3.6

my galaxy m11o gives me almost 4-5 hours on constant use. and only 12-14 hours on stand-by. how can i improve my battery life? do i need to change my cell's battery??

i have Samsung SHW-M110S Galaxy S but i dwonload rom for I9000
the problem now is
1. noSound
2. not read sim card
3. home button not work
4. not read Micro SD memory card
now i want to back my samsung original rom and everything worh
help me pls....

my samsung m110s but i run i9000 with odin now i can't get back m110s no read sim card no speaker so damn now i search back odin file for m110s already 10 night get nightmare who can help me....now my m110s only white screen i already run tegrak froyo gingerbread already finish download all but can't get back my samsung original software huuuuuuu
