This phone is great. It simply meets my needs and nothing more. SMS (except for the force save to sent limitation) and Phone functionalities are executed flawlessly. I recommend this phone to those who value simplicity. Classically designed but with functionality first in mind. This phone simply delivered what its intended audience Needs.

If you are unable to get the back off, simply call you're service provider they will be able to give you the PUK code over the phone.

How do I block someone's number so they can't contact me? I've looked on the internet and can't find how to block people.

This is a good phone. The battery lasts ages and unlike some phones, it does it's best to give you power right up to the end, even if you are right on the last "bar" and less you will still have enough to last until you get home so the display must be economical. The camera is not great but at least there is one, it's not bad . The camcorder is poor , but as it's tucked away from sight, it is obviously not a selling point, you tend not to use it anyway. You will use up the memory with all the features and there is no card slot, unfortunately. The phone a little on the dull side on the design front. The internet runs well, but installing and running other applications causes problems- tried to access Gmail and that was not possible for some reason. Generally, I find this a sad little phone, efficient, yes, but dull with no personality and makes me a little depressed to use it. I have given it away.

Hi,
I bought this unit from UAE,and i have no complaint about it. I used it as well in the Philippines and it's great as well...

Can you tell me what seems to be the problem as presently i'am in the USA and in some reason,it says no network found.

I look forward for your prompt reply.

Thank you and Hod Bless....

Imee Hall
