I don't know why some people are complaining about how scarce this phone is when it comes to features. It's a low-end entry level device at a very reasonably-cheap price, so I think it's sensible. I'm probably gonna pick one up next week since I'll be leaving for the US soon and I'll be needing a really small phone for my roaming SIM that I can wear on a neckstrap so I can receive text message from here in the Philippines. Love the really small size :).

This phone is sold here in Brazil as C510. It looks like E700, but smaller. No FM radio, and 2Mb memory.
It's a nice little phone, with limited features.

Yay just the phone I've been looking for.. something small. 80 x 40 x 16.7 mm, 63g is [borat]NICE!!![/borat]

I don't need all the useless bs on the phone as long as it has alarm, vibration and do the job. I just want something small so i can put it in my pocket.

I hope Samsung(or other manufacturer) can make even smaller phone, i dont need crappy 640x480 camera or color screen, i just want something small!!!

70 x 40 x 10 mm, 40g would be nice..

Battery life terrible!
Try and get through to Sprint for help.....
If you don't mind holding for 30 minutes!
Don't forget...If you are not nice to Sprint support they will dump you and your account!!!

Can't get pictures off (I have sprint) because sprint disabled bluetooth for camera functions...they want you to spend $10 a month (base fee plus download per-K fees) on their stupid picturemail that is javascript and not blog friendly. I got a cable but no sync function with Vista. Camera phone is complete waste because pictures are marooned in phone until you pay sprint a huge ransom to get them off BOOOOOOOOOOOOO!

I've had the M300 for about 2 months. Battery life is terrible. I'm lucky to get 8 hours of standby time (no talking or usage of any kind!) before the phone powers itself off because the battery is dead. Sprint store won't help; basically telling me this is normal.

I don't know who gets 4 or 5 days of life from the battery--I am lucky to get 12 hours with NO calls--just it being on. Took it back to the store and they said that was "good". If you need a phone more than 12 hours at a time, this is not it.

Great Phone. Very good battery life. It lasts 4-5 days with a lot of texts & calls (the battery is Li-pol and not not Li-ion, and the talk time is 6 hrs). Reception is very strong, it still gets signal even in poor network coverage.

I had Rokr E2, Nokia N73, Nokia E65, Samsung P910, SE K800i and other old phones and i can say this phone beats them all in battery life.

Well done samsung.

Thank you.. the password u provided worked!!
I bought it at Ipixel Store- Cyberzone-SM City North Edsa. Initial Charge 7/29 -- succeeding charge 8/02 7pm -- so i guess battery is OK. Screen is full color & clear. Am only using it for Suncell Calls. Price is 6000.- Phil pesos, Open Line, No Sim.

See on what basis this phone is designed I can't cum to conclusion. Basically its a camera phone with no required memory (just 0.6mb), than whats use in getting it.
