Hi there, please can you tell me which part of my m3200 is faulty. When i switch it on the screen is blank, the sound still works and the keypad works. But the options keys, directional keys, enter button and music keys don't work. If i replace the flexi will it sort these problems out?

i have this phone for 18 months. my phone no longer vibrates. my phone restarts whenever i open the internet browser. my internal speaker does not work. the music keys do not function. the select key has stopped functioning. i can't access my contacts nor the menu. Is my flex cable damaged?

the problem with my phone is it does not go on internet.last time someone gave me nembers to clean the phone can you please send them again to facebook nd my name is ian zulu

Samsung phones are beautiful, but the quality is wack.. they have problems within the first 6 months, rather get a nokia phone or Blackberry. #cantDzeal with Samsung.. #DoneWithIt

i also had problem with my speaker now i had to use handset.do something about the speaker plis and taking it to repair is a waist of time as it seems it doesnt have other spares,my friend had the same problem and now she gave up and had to get a new phones.it happened in less than a year.i luvd ma m3200

I've got my phone for 1 year and 6 months and now it starts to give me problems. First when i get a call i cant hear the people, i have to use the ear phones, and then The buttons on top does not want to work, I cant get to the menu or the contact list and i get now irretated with the phone. Every time it also tells me that the network is unavailable. What to do???? Can any one tell me, please!!!!!!
